(G.N.S), Dt. 13 Srinagar Two militants, including the dreaded terrorist Zeenat Ul-Islam, were killed in an encounter with security forces in Kulgam in Jammu and Kashmir. A police official said that after receiving intelligence about the presence of terrorists, the security forces started a search operation by siege in Katpora
