1987 batch officer of Indian Police Service and Director of Telangana State Police Academy (TSPA) Vinoy Kumar Singh on 24 June resigned. While submitting the resignation he said that he dis not want to be a ‘burden on the government’. In his letter addressed to Union Home Secretary, Singh said
