(G.N.S) Dt. 13 Hanoi 13 people died in various accidents due to floods in Vietnam. Officials gave this information. These five provinces are Kwang Tari, Thua Thien Hui, Kwang Nam, Kwang Ngai and Bun Danha. Floods damaged about 12,000 hectares of rice and other crops and killed about 163,500 cattle
