(G.N.S) Dt. 23 New Delhi Vehicle owners have to pay 18 per cent of the goods and service tax (GST) for obtaining pollution certificates for their vehicles. The Advance Decision Authority (AAR) has given this arrangement. The Goa Bench of AAR has given this arrangement on the appeal of Venkatesh
