(G.N.S) Dt. 8 New Delhi Upender Singh Rawat (IFS: 1998), presently serving as Ambassador of India to the Republic of Panama, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Uganda. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
