(G.N.S) Dt. 9 Chennai Popular Tamil cinema actor Shakthi and son of director P Vasu, was caught by the public for driving under the influence of alcohol in Chennai. The incident took place after residents saw an SUV ram into a vehicle that was parked on the road.
