‘Strange’; Over terror threat in J&K 2 lac arms license issued illegally by top officers

(G.N.S) Dt. 31 Jammu/Srinagar Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday conducted raids in 13 places in Srinagar, Jammu, Gurugram and Noida for issuing arms licenses. Investigation is going on in two cases related to allegations of issuing nearly two lakh arms licenses by various District Collectors and District Magistrates
