‘Strange’; Over terror threat in J&K 2 lac arms license issued illegally by top officers

(G.N.S) Dt. 31 Jammu/Srinagar Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday conducted raids in 13 places in Srinagar, Jammu, Gurugram and Noida for issuing arms licenses.
