(G.N.S) Dt. 24 Chennai TamilNadu CM Edappadi K Palaniswami has declared a statewide public holiday on Tuesday, November 25 as Cyclone Nivar is expected to cross Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts between Karaikal and Mamallapuram during late evening.
