(G.N.S) Dt. 15 Srinagar A few hours after the introduction of the post paid mobile service in the Kashmir Valley, the SMS service has been discontinued. Officials said that the SMS service was stopped at 5 pm. It is reported that this decision has been taken after the terrorist incident
