SC refuses to adjourn hearing on Section 377

(G.N.S) Dt. 09 New Delhi The Supreme Court on Monday, 9 July refused to adjourn the hearing by a five-judge Constitution bench in the case pertaining to Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. The Centre had sought more time to file its response on the PILs on gay sex.
