(G.N.S) Dt. 2 Imphal/New Delhi Rajiv Singh (IPS: 1993: TR) has been appointed as Director General of Police (DGP) in Manipur in the violence-hit state. Singh has replaced P Doungel (IPS: 87: MA), who has been transferred to the post of OSD (Home). Earlier the Centre also replaced state Chief Secretary Dr Rajeev Kumar (IAS:1988:MN) with Vineet Joshi
