(G.N.S) Dt. 31 New Delhi Congress President Rahul Gandhi today left for Kailash Mansarovar to visit Lord Shiva for his visit iIncluding his Special Protection Group (SPG). Rahul left for Kathmandu on a private plane in the morning. Then from Kathmandu, he will then leave for China base camp. Sources
