(G.N.S) Dt. 24 Islamabad Pakistan said it would participate in a four-party dialogue on the Afghan peace process to be held in Moscow next month. There will be an attempt to resume the stalled negotiations through this dialogue. Russia, America, China and Pakistan are part of this group. Addressing the weekly press conference
