(G.N.S) dt. 19 Bhubaneshwar Odisha government has effected a major reshuffle of IPS officers with immediate effect. These officers are included:- AM Prasad (IPS: 1989: OD) has been appointed as the Special DGP of Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC). Sudhansu Sarangi (IPS: 1990: OD) has been transferred as DG of Fire Services (FS)
