(G.N.S) Dt. 28 Bhopal After many techical snags and isolated cases of violence, more than 65% voters turnout was reported by sources in 230 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Madhya Pradesh where polling began at 8am on Wednesday. Polling was delayed at several places acrosss the state, Satna district being the worst hit, due to malfunctioning of EVMs as nearly 20% of VVPATs had to be changed. A whopping 1545 VVPAT
