(G.N.S)Dt.11 New Delhi Taking a leap toward doing away with non-utility divisions which have become obsolete in the IT-intensive digital era the Ministry of Railways announced the closure of two such divisions namely; the Indian Railway Conference Association (IRCA) & Neutral Control Organization (NCO).
