(G.N.S) Dt. 2 Gandhinagar Gujarat ATS has arrested Raju Dubai alias Arshad Razak Sotta from Nepal border. According to the investigating agency, Sotta, who is from Mandvi, was the key person in the drug syndicate and used to coordinate between Haajisab — a Jaish-e-Muhammed man operating from Bahawalpur in Pakistan
