K.K. Surendran appointed as Kerala BJP chief

(G.N.S) Dt. 23  Thiruvananthapuram During the agitation by BJP and right-wing organizations against the entry of women in Sabarimala temple, the fiery leader K.K. Surendran took over as Kerala BJP chief. He assumed office at Maraji Bhavan here in the presence of hundreds of senior leaders and workers, including Union Minister V Muralitharan and BJP National Secretary H Raja. Last week, BJP President JP Nadda appointed Surendran as the head of the party’s Kerala unit.
