Islamic organization challenges ‘Triple Talaq’ ordinance in SC, files Petition

(G.N.S) Dt. 25 New Delhi The matter of Muslim women to get independence from Triple Talaq ordinance which was brought on by the Modi Government has reached to the Supreme Court. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the ordinance for declaring Triple Talaq as an offense.
