(G.N.S) Dt. 17 Mumbai The rupee declined by 10 paise to 71.47 against the US dollar in opening trade on Monday, amid sustained foreign fund outflows and weak opening in domestic equities. According to currency traders, pressure was seen on the rupee due to a soft start in domestic markets
