Incidence of forest fire in country has increased by 49.32% in last 3 years: FSI reports

(G.N.S) Dt. 09 Haridwar Forest fire incidents in the country shot up by 49.32% in the past three years during summer season, data compiled by the Forest Survey of India (FSI) reveals. In 2016, 24,817 forest fire incidents were recorded, which increased to 35,888 in 2017 and 37,059 in 2018.
