Helmets mandatory for two-wheelers riders: Kerala HC

(G.N.S) Dt. 20 Thiruvananthapuram Kerala High Court ordered helmets to be made compulsory for those riding on two-wheelers. It also includes children over four years of age. The court directed the state government to issue notices to people about the new rule and put up hoardings. The direction was given by the bench of Chief Justice
