(G.N.S) Dt. 26 Hyderabad The sudden change in weather with thunderstorm and heavy rainfall has lashed the parts of states, water logging issues, traffic haults. Starting at about 5 p.m., the rain lashed the city in intensive spells of various durations, inundating several roads, and resulting in severe traffic blocks
