(G.N.S) Dt. 24 Ahmedabad Gujarat high court has issued a notice to the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) over a PIL filed by a former Ranji Trophy player alleging complete control of former BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah over the cricket association.
