(GNS)Dt. 01 Mumbai Senior BJP MLA Mangalprabhat Lodha raised the voice in the Assembly against the tanker Mafia lobby becoming powerful in Mumbai. He raised this issue through point of order and told the assembly that the active tanker Mafia in Mumbai is stealing hundreds of thousands of tanker water
