GCM recommends dismissal of army officer in case of sexual harassment

(G.N.S) Dt. 23 New Delhi Army General Court Marshal (GCM) has recommended dismissal from service if a Major General of the Army gets convicted for two years of sexual harassment. Presiding over the GCM, the officer of the rank of General rank declared the accused guilty at IPC section 354A
