(GNS) Dt. 19 Srinagar Iqbal Khandey , former Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir passed away on Monday morning. He was suffering from cancer. Khanna, a 1978 batch IAS officer, held several important positions and before his retirement, he served in the post of Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
