(G.N.S) Dt. 22 Mumbai A major fire broke out inside the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) building at Andheri. At least 100 people are believed to be trapped on the roof of the building. Four fire tenders were rushed to the spot in the first batch to bring the blaze
