(G.N.S) dt. 03 New Delhi Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has appointed Vishal Kapoor (IRSME:1995) as its new CEO. He recently completed his tenure as the Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Power. Kapoor, today, took over the charge as the CEO of the world’s largest public Energy Service Company
