(G.N.S) Dt. 23 Itanagar Dharmendra (IAS: 1989: AGMUT) has taken over as the new chief secretary of Arunachal Pradesh succeeding Naresh Kumar, who was recently transferred to the national capital and appointed as the chief secretary of Delhi.
