(G.N.S)Dt.28 New Delhi Lt Governor, Delhi picked two IAS officers, one from AGMUT & another from UP Cadre, in his Secretariat. Accordingly;Chandra Bhushan Kumar (IAS:1995:AGMUT) was appointed as Principal Secretary to Lt. Governor, Delhi andGreater NOIDA Authority CEO, Surender Singh (IAS:2005:UP) was appointed as Secretary to Lt. Governor, Delhi.
