(G.N.S) Dt. 25 Bhopal In Bundelkhand, where caste lines run deep, a Dalit was allegedly beaten by a sarpanch and his brothers because he drove past his house on a motorcycle. None of the accused have been arrested and the sarpanch’s name is not even on the FIR. Victim Dayaram
