(G.N.S) Dt. 23 Bengaluru In last 24 hours (Thursday), Karnataka recorded 1653 fresh cases of Coronavirus and 31 deaths, taking state’s tally over 28.89 lakh cases and the toll to 36,293. The day also saw 2,572 recoveries — once again higher than new infections — bringing the active caseload down
