(G.N.S) Dt. 01 Mumbai Congress candidate Nana Patole has been elected as Speaker unopposed in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. BJP had withdrawn its candidate Kishan Shankar Kathore, after which Nana Patole was scheduled to be elected unopposed. When Nana Patole was elected as the Speaker of the Assembly, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray
