CM Raghubar Das on trends says, BJP will form next govt in Jharkhand

(G.N.S) Dt. 23
Chief Minister of Jharkhand and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Raghubar Das today claimed that the next government in state will be formed by BJP, despite the party losing 53 seats in the ongoing counting of 81 seats in the state. Raghubar Das claimed that he would not react to the trends and speculation yet but it is certain that the BJP government will be formed once again in Jharkhand. He said that he will hold a press conference in Ranchi after the final results of counting of votes by this evening. Das, a BJP candidate from Jamshedpur East, when asked about the influence of rebel former minister Saryu, said that if Rai had any influence in Jamshedpur East assembly constituency, I would not be moving from this seat. Asked about the BJP candidates trailing in most of the seats, he said that this is happening due to polarization of anti-BJP votes. Significantly, in the trend of counting of votes so far, BJP candidates are leading in just 28 seats out of 81 while Congress, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Jharkhand Vikas Morcha, All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) in 53 seats. Candidates from other political parties are leading.
