(G.N.S) Dt. 05 Ottawa A heat wave that has scorched southern Quebec for six straight days has been blamed for at least 18 heat-related deaths in the Canadian province. Scorching temperatures have led to six deaths in Montreal and prompted authorities to step up emergency measures as a sweltering heat
