(G.N.S) Dt. 14 Gandhinagar Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced by-elections to the Manavadar and Dhangadhara-Halvad assembly seats along with the Lok Sabha elections scheduled on April 23 in state. Both the seats became vacant after the sitting Congress MLA Jawahar Chabvda and Parshotam Sabaria resigned as the Congress
