(G.N.S) Dt. 25 Lucknow BJP has taken a major decission to contest all 3,100 district panchayat seats in the forthcoming rural local bodies’ elections scheduled any time in the New Year. The move is seen as the saffron party’s attempt to consolidate its position in the rural and semi-urban areas
