(G.N.S) Dt. 14 New Delhi/Patna A three-time party MP from West Champaran Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar, Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal has been appointed as new Bihar BJP chief by Amit Shah. Dr. Jaiswal, a doctor by profession, replaces Nityanand Rai who earlier was appointed Minister of State for Home Affairs
