(G.N.S) Dt. 01 New Delhi Supreme Court refused to stay the government’s decision while hearing the petitions filed to make Jammu and Kashmir a union territory and to Abrogation of Article 370. The court has asked the government to file its reply in four weeks. The next hearing of the case will be held on 14th November. Attorney General KK Venugopal sought time to file a reply to the batch
