(G.N.S) dt. 23 New Delhi Delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that, AAP led Delhi government will be launching a course that will train students in ‘Spoken English’. The CM also said, “We often see that children from poor, lower middle-class, and middle-class families are not proficient in English.
