(G.N.S) Dt. 22 Puducherry A youth and his seven friends drugged and raped the youth’s 16-year-old girlfriend in a village in the Union territory of Puducherry, police have said. The incident comes less than a week after more than 20 men were found to have sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl
