(G.N.S) Dt. 2 Hyderabad A bench of Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Shameem Akther was hearing a public interest litigation charging the agricultural department with ignoring the farmers in Adilabad district who had suffered heavy losses in the heavy rains as their cotton and maize crops were damaged.
