(G.N.S) dt. 20 Washington USA has banned Russia’s 18 people and four units. The US Department of Finance issued a statement saying that these bans have been banned in response to Russia’s continuous violation of international regulations. Of these 18 people, 15 are members of Russia’s Chief Intelligence Directorate (GRU),
