(G.N.S) Dt. 08 New Delhi TCL Electronics, a Chinese company that produces TV and other sustainable consumer products, plans to set up a new manufacturing unit in Tirupati. The company will invest around Rs 2,000 crore at the first stage of this proposed plant. TCL India Country Manager Mike Chen
