New Delhi: The Congress may very soon appoint a new in-charge of the Delhi Congress in place of P C Chako, the present in-charge of the Delhi Congress. The name of Bihar leader Tariq Anwar, who switched from Nationalist Congress Party to Congress,  is doing round for the post. There
