(G.N.S) Dt. 23 New Delhi BJP can cut the Shatrughan Sinha ticket from the Patna Sahib seat of Bihar in 2019 elections. Sinha, who has openly criticized Prime Minister Modi and BJP President Amit Shah for many times, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi could be contesting from his seat.
