Indian equity indices closed at fresh record highs for the third straight session on Wednesday, led by energy stocks on moderating oil prices and IT shares on growing bets of a rate cut in the US in March.

Dear Trader – The 30-share BSE benchmark Sensex advanced 358 points or 0.52% to settle at 69,654. The broader NSE Nifty advanced 97 points or 0.47% to end at 21,040.Meanwhile, the market capitalisation of all listed companies on BSE increased by Rs 2.56 lakh crore to Rs 349.02 lakh crore.
