State governments should not fear of pending cases: SC

(G.N.S) Dt. 22 New Delhi The Supreme Court told the State Governments that there should be no fear of pending cases. We are not ‘cannibalistic tigers’. A bench of Justice Madan B Lokur and Justice Deepak Gupta made this comment while hearing a case of illegal mining in Andhra Pradesh.
